Positive: This is such a special spot in an incredible part of Israel. You just spend your whole time marvelling at the view. Nasser and Alexa are wonderfully warm hosts. The jacuzzi, hot tub and shared area were great. The kids loved it!

Negative: FYI: You should know that there is a very steep drive up to the property. We had a full 7-seater automatic car, I needed to force the car to use the lowest gears so it had enough power. It would be helpful to have a few more basic kitchen things (pots, plates, etc)

Summary: This peaceful Oasis is a welcome escape from the Summer heat and chaos

Positive: One of the best places we stayed! We were stunned by the place; it was even better than on the pictures! Amazing host and the family that operates it are very welcoming and warm-hearted.

Positive: This is an incredible place on so many levels. First, it feels like a mini resort with the hot tub, BBQ grilling facilitates and lots of room to roam. Second, it’s probably the highest elevation property in Israel, with a commanding view into Syria only a kilometer away on Mount Hermon. Stay at least two days. The views are amazing and it’s close to many attractions like Nimrod Fortress and Mt Hermon. The town, Majdal Shams is a food lovers paradise. Highly recommended and worth the price.

Negative: The kitchen has everything you need. There is an oven for baking, gas grill and lots of utensils, pots and spices and oils for cooking. Of course there is coffee. The kitchen could use better organizing, and the refrigerator is a small one and is not located in the kitchen. But these are small complaints because it has everything you could ever need.
